Terms and Conditions:

1. Scope of Services:
Luxurious Architects specializes in providing high-quality interior and exterior design services for both residential and commercial spaces. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Consultation and Design Process:
– The design process commences upon receipt of the initial consultation fee.
– Clients are encouraged to provide clear and detailed project requirements during consultations to ensure accurate design proposals.
– Design revisions are accommodated within the scope of the agreed-upon project.

3. Payment and Fees:
– Fees for services are outlined in the project proposal.
– Payment schedules will be mutually agreed upon and specified in the contract.
– Additional charges may apply for extra services or modifications requested beyond the agreed scope.

4. Intellectual Property:
– Luxurious Architects retains the intellectual property rights for all designs until full payment is received.
– Clients may use the designs for their intended purpose but must seek approval for any further reproduction or distribution.

5. Project Timeline:
– Project timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
– Delays caused by the client may result in adjustments to the project timeline.

6. Site Access and Preparation:
– Clients are responsible for ensuring site access and preparation by project requirements.
– Any additional costs incurred due to unprepared sites will be the responsibility of the client.

Refund Policy:

Initial Consultation Fee:

-The initial consultation fee is non-refundable once the design process has commenced.

Project Cancellation:
– If a client chooses to cancel a project after the design process has started, a cancellation fee will apply, covering work completed up to the cancellation date.

Payment Disputes:
– Disputes regarding payments should be communicated promptly. Failure to resolve disputes may result in project suspension.

Quality Assurance:
– If the delivered design does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, Luxurious Architects will make reasonable efforts to rectify the issue. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Damage:

-We will deliver the product to your doorstep (inside Dhaka City) we took every necessary precaution to ensure a zero-damage, hassle-free experience, please contact us immediately, in case:

*Your item has any scratches or breakage that unfortunately might have occurred in the course of transit warranting your item to be fixed.
*Any instruction manual, screws, nuts, etc. that might have been missed, should be informed to Customer Support immediately so that they can arrange to have it delivered to you if Your item arrives in damaged condition.
*All damage claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of the item Your request for a repair or refund will be processed as soon as we receive the photographs of the item to ascertain the extent of the damage.

Force Majeure:
– Luxurious Architects is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Modification of Terms:

Luxurious Architects reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
